Job summary

Infosys is seeking an HSE professional to document, implement, and update the organization's Integrated HSEMS policy, process, and procedures in Karnataka, India. The role requires coordinating with multiple functions, conducting training sessions, and monitoring HSE performance.

You will review management plans, ensure compliance obligations are met, and participate in audits with corrective action follow-up, including root cause analysis to mitigate non-conformances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering / equivalent degree.
• Thorough knowledge of the HSE policy and procedures.
• Excellent coordination with multiple functions for policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Document, implement, and update organizational Integrated HSEMS policy, process, and procedures.

• Ensure periodic team meetings for review of incidents, progress on initiatives, and planning improvements.

• Ensure incidents are captured, analyzed, and corrective actions are taken.
• Assist during audits and follow up for implementation and closure of correction and corrective actions.
• Ensure effective root cause analysis of non-conformances and implementation of appropriate measures for mitigation.
