Qualification: MBA from Top Tier Colleges/ CA's.

Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience in Investment Banking. Preference to candidates with prior knowledge in Infrastructure Sector

Key Responsibilities

• Cover infrastructure as sectors of focus
• Deal execution in M&A and capital raising right from pitching to deal closure
• Support ideation process within the sector to generate BD ideas and prepare pitch decks. Participate in BD pitches and client interface for deal execution
• Mentor junior/mid -level resources within the team

Key Skills Required:

• Strong deal execution skills, comprising building of robust financial model, PowerPoint presentations for high-quality pitch books, CIMs & other client collateral
• Prior deal closure experience in Investment Banking – M&A / capital raising
• Analytical in thought and approach
