The Corporate Institute in Gurugram, Delhi NCR, invites an experienced Manager Investment Banking to join its infrastructure-focused team. You will lead end-to-end transaction execution, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and client management on marquee infrastructure assets.

Candidates should have 4–7 years of Investment Banking experience, an MBA or CA, and strong M&A execution skills. The role offers exposure to cross-functional deal teams and opportunities to work on

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Investment Banking/Corporate Finance/M&A experience.
• MBA or CA qualification.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise.

Responsabilités

• Execute M&A, equity and debt fundraising, and strategic advisory mandates.
• Build and review detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, teasers, and other transaction materials.
• Coordinate with clients, investors, legal advisors, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Conduct industry and company research to support transaction execution and business development.
• Mentor junior team members and manage multiple live transactions simultaneously.

Hiring: Manager Investment Banking (BIG4)

Location: Gurugram, Delhi NCR

Experience: 4 – 7 Years

Education: MBA/CA

We are looking for a Manager Investment Banking to join a leading investment banking team with a focus on Infrastructure transactions.

The role offers exposure to end-to-end transaction execution, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and client management across a diverse range of infrastructure assets.

Note:

This role focuses on the Infrastructure sector. Candidates with 4+ years of Investment Banking experience and strong M&A transaction execution across any sector are encouraged to apply. Prior Infrastructure experience is not mandatory, the team is open to candidates from sector-agnostic Investment Banking backgrounds, provided they are interested in working in the Infrastructure sector.

• – Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• – Prior Infrastructure sector experience is preferred.
