Grant Thornton in Bengaluru is seeking a Data Analyst to support HR analytics through high-quality data analysis and weekly workforce reporting. The role involves developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting onboarding, offboarding, nationalization, headcount and attrition reporting.
Experience with Oracle HCM or similar HRIS platforms is preferred, with strong Excel and data visualization skills to drive data-driven decisions.
The Data Analyst will support PC by providing high-quality data analysis, weekly workforce reporting, and backup payroll administration. This role will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and support regular reporting cycles related to onboarding, offboarding, nationalization, headcount, and attrition. Experience with Oracle systems is highly desirable.
Maintain accurate HR data by updating Excel spreadsheets and databases, gathering information from various systems such as Oracle, D365, HRIS, payroll, and ATS, and ensuring data quality through regular validation and cleansing. Work with IT to resolve data issues at the source and manage master employee data, including creating, updating, and deleting records.
Cleaning and standardising HR data by removing errors, unifying formats, and converting raw information into clear, structured tables. The role also includes building automated, repeatable data processes and identifying inefficiencies in HR workflows, such as payroll or onboarding, to recommend data-driven improvements.
Produce regular workforce reports and dashboards covering headcount, onboarding and offboarding, nationalization, and attrition, while conducting deeper analysis to uncover workforce trends and support decision-making. Develop automated Power BI dashboards, maintain accurate and user-friendly reporting templates, and prepare clear reports and presentations that communicate insights and recommendations.
Extract and validate data from the Oracle HR system, supporting data-cleansing and integrity efforts, and ensuring secure handling of sensitive employee and payroll information. Meet HR data needs for regulatory reporting and audits, while automating and streamlining data collection and reporting processes to reduce manual work and improve overall efficiency.
