• Performance Monitoring & Excellence: Track KPIs such as SLA Adherence, Fulfillment Rate, and Turnaround Time; resolve bottlenecks in delivery lifecycle.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Serve as primary contact for fleet owners; ensure safety and regulatory compliance; manage payouts and billing disputes.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Generate reports on lane performance and efficiency to anticipate demand spikes and plan supply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply & Capacity Management: Monitor the driver-partner ecosystem, optimize supply density in high-demand areas to reduce wait times, and execute strategies for onboarding and churn reduction.
• Performance Monitoring & Excellence: Track and improve KPIs such as SLA Adherence, Fulfillment Rate, and Turnaround Time (TAT). Identify and resolve process bottlenecks in the delivery lifecycle.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Serve as the primary contact for fleet owners and partners, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and manage payouts and billing disputes.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Generate reports on lane performance and efficiency, using data to predict demand spikes and plan supply accordingly.
