Job summary

Delhivery in Bengaluru is seeking an Operations role to manage end-to-end service delivery, optimize supply capacity, and drive partner retention. You will focus on maintaining high service quality while keeping operational costs in check.

You will monitor driver-partner ecosystems, track critical KPIs, and act as the primary contact for fleet owners, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Data-driven reporting will inform capacity planning and demand forecasting.

• Supply & Capacity Management: Monitor driver-partner ecosystem, optimize density in high-demand areas to reduce wait times and onboard new partners.
• Performance Monitoring & Excellence: Track KPIs like SLA Adherence, Fulfillment Rate, and Turnaround Time; resolve bottlenecks in delivery lifecycle.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Act as primary contact for fleet owners; ensure safety/regulatory compliance and manage payouts and disputes.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Generate lane performance reports to predict demand spikes and plan capacity accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply & Capacity Management: Monitor the driver-partner ecosystem, optimize supply density in high-demand areas to reduce wait times, and execute strategies for onboarding and churn reduction.
  
• Performance Monitoring & Excellence: Track and improve KPIs such as SLA Adherence, Fulfillment Rate, and Turnaround Time (TAT). Identify and resolve process bottlenecks in the delivery lifecycle.
  
• Vendor & Partner Management: Serve as the primary contact for fleet owners and partners, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and manage payouts and billing disputes.
  
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Generate reports on lane performance and efficiency, using data to predict demand spikes and plan supply accordingly.
