• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to create client-ready presentations and structured deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of strategy and transformation engagements in digital assets for banks, asset managers, and market infrastructure players.
• Contribute to product program development (e.g., tokenized assets, digital custody, DLT-based payments).
• Conduct market research, use-case assessment, and benchmarking across crypto and blockchain ecosystems.
• Design target operating models, business processes, and governance frameworks for digital asset initiatives.
• Support development of business cases, feasibility studies, and regulatory strategies.
• Work closely with onshore teams and clients to deliver structured problem-solving and insights.
