The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, mentoring juniors, and delivering measurable client outcomes using Power BI, Excel, and related tools in a dynamic Indian market.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience analyzing large transactional datasets to build segmentation models and identify value creation opportunities using Power BI, Alteryx/SQL, and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Alteryx/SQL, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Python/R, VBA, and Snowflake/Databricks is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience delivering consulting solutions with specialized knowledge in Working Capital.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; adaptable to changing environments and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support in executing Working Capital engagements, including optimization opportunities, strategy and process optimization programs, and cash positioning.
• Design and implement strategies to enhance cash flow, decrease inventory levels, and streamline accounts receivable/payable processes.
• Analyze historical transactional, financial, and market data to identify improvement opportunities and quantify benefits.
• Benchmark liquidity and working capital using public data, industry trends, and market insights.
• Present analyses, recommendations, and deliverables to clients, clearly communicating methodologies and implications.
• Assist in business development by supporting proposal development and client presentations for new opportunities.
• Continue to enhance knowledge in Working Capital, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling to deliver leading practices.
• Mentor and coach junior team members in analytical methods and consulting processes.
• Show strong project execution capabilities and deliver measurable client outcomes using data analytics and visualization.

Our Performance Improvement team provides Business Transformation and Performance Improvement Services to Corporates, Investors, and their portfolio companies, delivering –

How You Will Contribute

• Support in executing Working Capital engagements, including working capital optimization opportunities, strategy and process optimization programs, and cash positioning
• Design and implement strategies to enhance cash flow, decrease inventory levels, and streamline accounts receivable and payable processes
• Analyze historical transactional, financial, and market data to identify improvement opportunities and quantify potential benefits
• Proficiency in developing outside-in perspectives and benchmarking liquidity and working capital performance using public data, industry trends, and market insights
• Present analyses, recommendations, and deliverables to clients, clearly communicating assumptions, methodologies, and business implications
• Contribute to business development by supporting proposal development and participating in client presentations for new opportunities
• Continuously enhance technical and industry knowledge in Working Capital, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling to deliver leading practices
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering the development of their analytical capabilities and understanding of consulting methodologies
• Demonstrate strong project execution capabilities, leveraging operational analytics, structured problem-solving, project management, and solution implementation to deliver measurable client outcomes
• Apply hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization using Power BI, Alteryx, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to achieve high satisfaction and retain their business
