Qualifications

• MBA, CA, CFA, or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or related discipline.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in consulting, shared services/GCC/GBS advisory or functional transformation.
• Prior experience in top-tier consulting firms or Big 4 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating model design engagements, governance, service delivery frameworks, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Support client discussions, prepare deliverables and align solutions with strategic priorities.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, tracking deliverables, risks and timelines.
• Conduct feasibility studies, business case development and cost–benefit analyses for GCC/GBS setups or expansions.
• Support location strategy assessments by analyzing markets and workforce ecosystems.
• Design governance frameworks, SLAs, metrics and digital enablement models.
• Support change management, transition planning and adoption strategies for global organizations.
• Develop financial models and investment cases to support client decisions.

Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Global Business Services (GBS) functions are one among several levers we utilize toward this purpose.

How You Will Contribute

As a Senior Associate in the GCC Global Advisory practice, you will play a pivotal role in leading workstreams, delivering client-ready solutions and supporting the management of large-scale transformation programs. You will partner with A&M leaders, client executives, and cross-functional teams to design and implement operating models, enable digital transformation, and optimize service delivery through GCC/GBS solutions. This role provides an opportunity to combine consulting expertise with hands‑on execution to deliver measurable impact across global markets and industries

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Delivery


• Lead operating model design engagements, covering governance, service delivery frameworks, SLAs, and performance metrics.


• Support client discussions, prepare deliverables and ensure alignment of solutions with client strategic priorities.


• Manage day‑to‑day project activities, including tracking deliverables, risks and timelines.


• Functional Expertise & Advisory


• Conduct feasibility studies, business case development and cost‑benefit analysis to support GCC/GBS setup or expansion.


• Support location strategy assessments by analyzing markets, evaluating workforce/talent ecosystems and developing site recommendations.


• Support design of governance frameworks, SLAs, performance metrics and digital enablement models.


• Support change management, transition planning and adoption strategies for global organizations.


• Analysis & Solution Design


• Develop financial models, feasibility studies and investment cases to support client decisions.


• Use data analysis and process mapping to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation and service excellence.


• Support digital transformation initiatives, including intelligent automation and advanced analytics adoption.


• Collaboration & Business Development


• Work closely with senior team members in proposal preparation, pitch development and thought leadership initiatives.


• Mentor Associates and Analysts, providing guidance on deliverables and consulting best practices.


• Contribute to internal knowledge building and development of GCC/GBS frameworks, playbooks and tools.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA, CA, CFA, or Master's degree in Business, Finance or related discipline.


• 3–8 years of relevant experience in consulting, shared services/GCC/GBS advisory or functional transformation.


• Prior experience in top‑tier consulting firms or Big 4 preferred.


• Strong knowledge of GCC/GBS models, operating model design, and process transformation.


• Proficiency in financial analysis, Excel modelling and PowerPoint.


• Familiarity with automation tools, digital enablement platforms, or analytics solutions is an advantage.


• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.


• Ability to independently manage workstreams and interact with senior client stakeholders.


• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
