Qualifications

• Experience in AR, AP and Inventory management processes.
• Forecasting, cash flow analysis and financial modelling.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Alteryx/SQL and MS Office; Python/R and Snowflake/Databricks are a plus.
• Experience delivering consulting solutions in Working Capital.
• Strong communication to lead cross-functional teams.

• Lead engagement teams on Working Capital and cash optimization engagements.
• Drive complex Working Capital delivery and pursue new opportunities.
• Benchmark liquidity and Working Capital using public data and market insights.

The Team

Our Performance Improvement team provides Business Transformation and Performance Improvement Services to Corporates, Investors, and their portfolio companies, delivering –

• Performance improvement via cost reduction and revenue growth programmes
• Large, complex organizational restructuring and business transformation
• Rapid Results Program, which helps to quickly and effectively assess business process management risks and identify key areas impeding performance

How You Will Contribute

• Lead engagement teams in executing Working Capital and cash optimization engagements supporting clients in developing and implementing cash strategies and process transformation initiatives
• Drive delivery on complex Working Capital engagements and contribute to the pursuit of new opportunities
• Proficiency in developing outside-in perspectives and providing insights through benchmarking of liquidity and working capital performance using public data, industry trends, and market insights
• Develop deep expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Inventory Optimization and endto-end Working Capital analytics
• Continuously enhance technical and industry knowledge in Working Capital, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling to deliver leading practices
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering the development of their analytical capabilities and understanding of consulting methodologies
• Demonstrate strong project execution capabilities, leveraging operational analytics, structured problem-solving, project management, and solution implementation to deliver measurable client outcomes
• Apply hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization using Power BI, Alteryx, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Collaborate with A&M teams across global offices, foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to achieve high satisfaction and retain their business
• Demonstrate strong project management skills by effectively managing priorities, adhering to project timelines and budgets, and adapting to changing business needs

Qualifications

Exhibits 6-11 years of experience-

• Proficiency in AR, AP and Inventory Management processes
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis, cash flow Forecasting, and financial modelling
• Must be proficient in Power BI, Alteryx/SQL, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Python/R, VBA, and Snowflake/Databricks is an added advantage
• Experience in delivering consulting solutions with specialized knowledge in Working Capital
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders and to lead cross-functional teams
• Project Management: Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement improvements
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
