Key Responsibilities

• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and coding
• Hands‑on experience in developing applications using Java EE platforms
• Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (class loading, memory management, transaction management, etc.)
• Good exposure to various design patterns
• Hands‑on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, web services, REST, SQL
• Good knowledge of open‑source tools
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flow charts, layout diagrams, code comments, and clear code
• Strong experience in relational database and SQL; knowledge of NoSQL is a must
• Team player; work with technical leads/business leads to arrive at solutions
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Hands‑on experience in TDD‑driven projects
• Experience in frameworks such as Spring, reactive frameworks
• Hands‑on experience with Redis, Kafka, Cassandra
• Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals
