Job summary

AssetPlus is seeking a Senior Associate - Design to craft high-quality visuals across marketing, digital and brand communications. This hands-on role demands expertise in graphic design, motion graphics and video production, plus an AI-native approach to rapid ideation and production.

You will collaborate with Brand, Content and Performance Marketing teams to deliver campaigns, websites, landing pages and social assets, while maintaining brand guidelines and production quality.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in graphic design or creative design.
• Strong portfolio across branding, campaigns, websites, and digital creatives.
• Hands-on experience in motion graphics and video production.
• Expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is a plus.

AssetPlus is looking for a Senior Associate - Design to create high-quality visual experiences across marketing, digital and brand communication. This is a hands-on execution role requiring strong expertise in graphic design, motion graphics and video production, with the ability to deliver engaging creatives across multiple formats.

The role will work closely with Brand, Content, Performance Marketing, Product and other business teams to create campaigns, websites, landing pages, presentations, social media creatives and video content. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a strong eye for detail, and adopt an AI-native approach to design and creative production.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Brand Execution

• Create high-quality creatives across digital, print and marketing channels while ensuring consistency with AssetPlus brand guidelines.
• Design assets for campaigns, social media, emailers, presentations, sales collateral, events and internal communication.
• Maintain high standards of typography, layout, visual hierarchy and overall craft across every deliverable.

2. Motion Graphics & Video Production

• Create engaging motion graphics and videos across both long-form and short-form formats.
• Develop videos for educational content, product launches, social media, events, campaigns and internal communication.
• Apply strong storytelling principles, pacing, transitions and animation techniques to create engaging content across brands.

3. Website & Landing Page Design

• Design responsive websites and landing pages that provide a seamless user experience and support marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate briefs into visually engaging and conversion-focused digital experiences.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to rapidly prototype and create landing pages where appropriate.

4. Campaign & Marketing Support

• Design creatives for integrated marketing campaigns across organic, performance and partner channels.
• Work closely with content, performance marketing and brand teams to deliver campaigns that are visually compelling and aligned with business objectives.
• Support the creation of presentations, event branding and sales enablement assets.

5. Design Systems & Production Excellence

• Work within established design systems and contribute to expanding reusable templates, component libraries and creative assets.
• Follow production standards and quality assurance processes to ensure every deliverable is accurate, consistent and production-ready.
• Organise files, maintain version control and contribute to the central design asset repository.

6. AI-enabled Design Workflow

• Adopt an AI-native approach to design by leveraging AI tools for ideation, image generation, motion graphics, video editing, presentation design and landing page creation.
• Continuously explore emerging AI tools and workflows that improve creative quality and execution speed.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication or creative design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, presentations and digital creatives.
• Strong hands-on experience in motion graphics and video production across both long-form and short-form content.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro and InDesign.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools for image generation, video creation, presentation design and landing page development.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in fintech, edtech or digital-first businesses will be an added advantage.
