Job summary

CFO2Growth in Bengaluru seeks a Chartered Accountant to join as part of client engagements end to end, handling MIS, budgeting, reporting, compliance and advisory.

You will prepare monthly MIS packs, budgets and financial models, review books and assist with audits, and present insights to founders using AI-assisted reporting tools. This role blends technical accounting with proactive client advisory.

Qualifications

• CA with 0-2 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong statutory and/or internal audit exposure (Articleship included).
• Inclination towards MIS, budgeting and client advisory.
• Advanced MS Excel (lookups, pivots, modelling) and strong MS PowerPoint skills.
• AI-native: able to use AI tools for analysis, modelling, reporting and documentation as a core part of daily work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly MIS packs, variance analysis and management commentary for clients.
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Review books of accounts, month-end closes and reconciliations for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Support statutory, tax and regulatory compliance coordination with auditors and consultants.
• Prepare board, investor and management presentations.
• Identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities in client numbers and present them to founders.
• Use AI tools to automate and speed up reporting, analysis and documentation.

CFO2Growth is a fractional CFO and finance advisory firm working with founder-led businesses across SaaS, biotech, aviation, healthcare, FMCG, logistics and coworking, in India. We act as the finance function for growing companies: MIS, budgeting, FP&A, investor reporting, compliance and strategic decision support.

The Role

You will be part of client engagements end to end, working on each client’s finance function: MIS, budgeting, reporting, compliance and advisory.

Key Responsibilities
