Job summary

Nexdigm is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to drive client accounting, audit readiness, and ERP-based improvements. You will guide teams, enhance financial reporting, and ensure compliance with IndAS and related regulations.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality client outputs, improving process efficiency, and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives while mentoring junior staff and adopting digital tools to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving finance transformation initiatives and improving close processes.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting structures and tax compliance cycles.
• Proven ability to deliver MIS packs and audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead client accounting and audit readiness, guide teams, and contribute to ERP transformation and financial reporting improvements.
• Ensure high-quality and timely client delivery with minimal escalations.
• Drive process efficiency and compliance, targeting YoY improvements and full regulatory adherence.
• Publish client case studies or articles and support ongoing client communications.
• Mentor team members and apply digital tools to improve internal efficiency.

Role Description

Lead client accounting and audit readiness, guide teams, andcontribute to ERP transformation and financial reporting improvements and IndAS.

1. High-Quality & Timely Client Delivery
Deliver 100% of recurring client outputs on time with ≤2 escalations annually.
Client deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality benchmarks; ≥90% positiveclient feedback.

2. Improved Process Efficiency & Compliance
Achieve 10–15% YoY improvement in process turnaround time and maintain fullcompliance with TDS, GST, and accounting regulations.
Zero non-compliance observations in reviews/audits; reduced processing time forstandard tasks.
3. Robust Reporting & Audit Readiness
Deliver accurate MIS reports and maintain audit-ready documentation at alltimes.
100% on-time submission of MIS packs; all audit queries addressed withinstipulated timelines.
4. Knowledge Contribution & Client Engagement
Publish 2–3 client case studies/articles annually and support ongoing clientcommunications.
Thought leadership contributions published; active involvement in newslettersor client documentation.
5. People Development & Digital Adoption
Mentor at least one team member and apply at least one digital tool to improveinternal efficiency.
