Job summary

Growthally Advisors in Andheri East, Mumbai, is seeking a commercially driven Virtual CFO to work closely with promoters, founders, CEOs and senior management, delivering financial insights and business advisory support.

You will prepare MIS reports and dashboards, analyse profitability and KPIs, monitor cash flows, and support debt fundraising while strengthening controls and compliance. This role offers exposure to diverse industries and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• CA mandatory and post-qualification experience 1–3 years in finance, accounting, consulting, or CFO advisory.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modelling.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/Tally/NetSuite) preferred.

Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, consulting, or CFO advisory.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modelling.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or NetSuite is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Industry Exposure

Experience working with startups, manufacturing, retail, technology/SaaS, healthcare, professional services, or family-owned businesses will be an added advantage.
