Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s finance function across its payments, lending, wealth management, and insurance businesses. The CFO will partner closely with the CEO and Board to shape financial strategy, safeguard the company’s fiscal health, and build the reporting, controls, and capital-markets readiness needed to support the company’s next stage of growth, including potential IPO preparation. This is a high-visibility leadership role suited to a finance executive who can operate equally well as a strategic advisor to the CEO and as a hands‑on custodian of day-to-day financial discipline. The CFO will be responsible for translating business ambition into a sound financial roadmap, ensuring the organization maintains strong liquidity, capital efficiency, and regulatory standing as it scales across multiple fintech verticals. Working closely with cross‑functional leaders, the incumbent will strengthen financial planning and analysis, drive cost and margin discipline, and institutionalize governance practices that meet the expectations of investors, regulators, and future public‑market stakeholders. The role also carries responsibility for building a high‑performing finance team capable of supporting the company through its next phase of scale, complexity, and capital‑raising activity.
Preferred: Prior CFO/senior finance leadership experience within the fintech industry (at least 5 years).
