  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A consultative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office, spreadsheets, presentations, project management tools, email, and digital collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, define priorities, and support effective project execution.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up on key action items.
  • Prepare project plans, trackers, status reports, presentations, meeting notes, and other management documentation.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze project data to support decision-making and management reporting.
  • Monitor project progress and identify risks, dependencies, delays, and operational challenges.
  • Support the development of mitigation plans and practical solutions to address project risks and issues.
  • Review existing processes and workflows and recommend improvements to increase project efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Communicate project updates, requirements, and issues clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support proposal development, client presentations, research, and other consulting or business development activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to ad-hoc consulting and project initiatives.
  • Where required, support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members.

What You'll Do

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Consultant to join our team in Mumbai.
