Job summary

Acuvon Consulting hires a Senior Associate to lead multiple work streams across client engagements, from planning to delivery, while mentoring teams.

The role involves direct interaction with client directors, developing innovative solutions, and traveling to client locations in Saudi Arabia and UAE up to 2-3 weeks per month.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM from a reputed B-school and/or B.Tech./B.E. from a premier institute.
• CA/ CFA/ Six Sigma certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3.5 years of relevant work experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple work streams and solve high complexity client problems.
• Be a thought partner to the client outlining innovative solutions and drive organizational change.
• Be efficient in building and guiding the team in making high quality deliverables.
• Interact with CXO-level audience and deliver impactful presentations/workshops.
• Manage performance and development of Analysts and Junior Associates working on the project.
• Build relationships, deliver high-impact business proposals and generate new business for the firm.
• Lead internal initiatives such as knowledge management and organization development.
• Comfortable travelling and staying in Saudi Arabia and UAE up to 2-3 weeks/month, if travel is required.

Job description

As a Senior Associate, you will beinvolved in all aspects of the project including project planning,delivery, making recommendations, getting client buy-in andensuring closure of all work streams independently. In doing so,you will be directly working with the client director and theclient(s). You will be playing the Project lead role on anengagement to start with and eventually lead more than one clientengagements. In addition, you will be responsible for mentoringyour team and will actively lead internal organizational andbusiness development initiatives. This role requires you to travelto client locations (Saudi Arabia & UAE) on need basis only.If travel is required, it can be up to 2-3 weeks/ month.

Requirements

• Full time MBA/ PGDM from Tier 1 B-school (IIMs, ISB, MDI, SPJain, etc.) and / or
  
• B.Tech./ B.E. from Tier 1 under-grad school (IITs, NITs, DTU,etc.) or Chartered Accountant
  
• Professional Certifications (Six sigma, CFA, etc.) (consideredan added advantage)
  
• Minimum 3.5 years of relevant work experience
  
• Experience of handling and managing performance of teams
  
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills In-depthof knowledge of 1-2 Industry domains
  
• Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  
• Expertise in one or more of: Retail/ BFSI/ Healthcare
  
• Exposure to strategy development and implementation, processimprovement, performance measurement, digital transformation
