Job summary

Acuvon Consulting is seeking an Associate to join its client-facing team. You will lead multiple project work streams and contribute to internal initiatives. Travel to client locations in Saudi Arabia and UAE may be required up to 2-3 weeks per month.

Key responsibilities include building rapport with client teams, owning projects, delivering robust solutions, and preparing client-ready documents. You will also mentor analysts and participate in business proposals.

• Willing to travel to client locations (Saudi Arabia & UAE) when needed, up to 2-3 weeks per month.

Job description

As an Associate, youwill be a part of the client-facing team. Your role wouldrequire you to lead multiple project work streams. You wouldalso be required to actively contribute to internalorganizational and business development initiatives. This rolerequires you to travel to client locations (Saudi Arabia & UAE)on need basis only. If travel is required, it can be up to 2-3weeks/ month.

• Critically evaluate, review and enrich the level ofrecommendations of the team as a whole
• Flexible with working/leading assignments in domainareas(functions/ industries) out of comfort zone
• Guide/ help colleagues on their project/ organizationalinitiatives
• Willing to groom analysts and actively support them asrequired
• Actively contribute to preparation of business proposalsand conceptualization of internal initiatives
• Comfortable travelling and staying in Saudi Arabia andUAE up to 2-3 weeks/month, if travel is required, whichwill be on need basis only

Requirements

• B. Tech/ B.E. from Tier 1 under-gradschool (IITs, NITs, DTU, etc.) or Chartered Accountant and/ or
  
• Full time MBA/ PGDM from Tier 1B-school (IIMs, ISB, MDI, SP Jain, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  
• In-depth of knowledge of 1-2 Industry domain
  
• Excellent problem solving andcommunication skills
• Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Exposure to one or more of: Retail/BFSI/ Healthcare
  
• Exposure to strategy development andimplementation, process improvement, performancemeasurement, digital transformation
