Job summary

Acuvon Consulting is seeking an Associate to join the client-facing team, responsible for leading multiple project work streams and contributing to internal organizational and business development initiatives.

This role requires travel to client locations in Saudi Arabia and UAE on a need basis, up to 2-3 weeks per month, and the ability to deliver client-ready documents and robust, implementable solutions.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution (IIMs, ISB, MDI, SP Jain, FMS, XLRI etc.).
• Experience in data-focused firms (consulting/analytics) pre/post MBA.
• Strong background in analytics, data modelling and quantitative problem solving.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau – any relevant mix.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to Retail/BFSI/Healthcare industries is a plus.
• Professional certification in data analytics, ML, or six sigma is a plus.

Job description

As an Associate, you will be a part of the client-facing team. Your role would require you to lead multiple project work streams. You would also be required to actively contribute to internal organizational and business development initiatives. This role requires you to travel to client locations (Saudi Arabia & UAE) on need basis only. If travel is required, it can be up to 2-3 weeks/ month.

Requirements

• Build rapport with client team members & help client in defining strategic direction of their organization
• Ability to take project ownership and manage difficult client situations
• Ability to deliver impactful presentations/ workshops
• Lead multiple project work streams independently
• Deliver client ready documents containing robust and implementable solutions
• Critically evaluate, review and enrich the level of recommendations of the team as a whole
• Flexible with working/leading assignments in domain areas(functions/ industries) out of comfort zone
• Guide/ help colleagues on their project/ organizational initiativesWilling to groom analysts and actively support them as required
• Actively contribute to preparation of business proposals and conceptualization of internal initiatives
• Comfortable travelling and staying in Saudi Arabia and UAE up to 2-3 weeks/month, if travel is required, which will be on need basis only

Education, Experience and Skill-Set
