Senior Assistant - Patient Care Services

The Senior Assistant will work with patient care teams to support smooth service delivery, patient engagement, quality monitoring, and operational follow-up. The candidate should have good communication skills, a service mindset, and the ability to track patient concerns, quality observations, and service improvement activities.

• Support patient engagement and service coordination activities.
• Guide patients through registration, consultation, diagnostics, billing, and follow-up process.
• Track patient feedback, complaints, service delays, and quality control observations.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front office, billing, laboratory, radiology, and support teams.
• Maintain patient care records, service trackers, quality reports, and follow-up logs.
