Role Overview

We are seeking experienced BIM Architects and BIM Structural Engineers with 2–5 years of professional experience in Revit-based BIM environments. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering accurate BIM models, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring adherence to project standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed Revit models for Architecture or Structure trades.
• Prepare construction drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules from BIM models.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Structure, Architecture, MEP) to ensure design consistency.
• Review drawings, markups, and specifications for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Follow BIM Execution Plans, templates, and company standards for model quality.
• Support model QA/QC reviews and mentor team members when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
• 4-7 years of professional experience in technical design, detailing, or construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and coordination workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, or BIM 360 is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on international (US/UK) projects.
