Job summary

Vera Developers seeks an experienced Architect to lead the planning and design of residential projects from concept to execution. The role requires reviewing floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed designs while coordinating with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, site and project teams.

The candidate will ensure designs meet building standards and client requirements, review drawings and BOQs, visit sites, and manage external consultants.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from a recognised institution; registration with the Council of Architecture preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in residential architecture, preferably with a real estate or construction company.
• Strong knowledge of residential planning, design, construction detailing, and site execution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in residential architecture, preferably with a real estate or construction company.
• Strong knowledge of residential planning, design, construction detailing, and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualisation, and rendering software.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools used in architectural design and visualisation.
• Strong coordination, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
