Role Description

The Senior Architect will lead end-to-end design and delivery of architectural projects, from concept development to construction documentation and on-site coordination. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalyan, involving close collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal design teams to shape residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design proposals, supervising detailed drawings, reviewing technical specifications, and ensuring design intent is maintained through all project stages. The role also includes overseeing junior team members, managing project timelines and resources, and participating in site visits, design reviews, and coordination meetings. The Senior Architect is expected to uphold SZA’s design standards, contribute to multidisciplinary integration, and support continuous improvement of studio processes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated experience delivering built projects.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration concepts relevant to architectural workflows, such as BIM coordination, design software interoperability, or digital tools integration.
• Proven Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management across multiple projects.
• Advanced skills in CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino) and visualization software (e.g., Enscape, Lumion) for design development and presentations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
• Experience with construction detailing, building codes, local regulations, and coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior designers, foster collaboration, and maintain clear communication with clients and project stakeholders.
• Strong design sensibility, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
