GPM Architects and Planners is seeking a Senior Architect to strengthen its design and project delivery team in Delhi. The role demands a seasoned professional with a strong portfolio in Group Housing, High-Rise Residential Developments, and Large-Scale Commercial Projects.

You will independently manage design assignments, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure execution meets design excellence and technical standards, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
• 10+ years of relevant experience in architecture and design
• Experience with large organisations and structured design processes
• Proven experience in Group Housing, High-Rise Residential, and Large Commercial Projects
• Ability to independently handle complex architectural assignments and coordinate stakeholders
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, construction detailing, and technical documentation
• Excellent coordination, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant architectural design and drafting software

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design and development across large-scale residential and commercial projects.
• Handle end-to-end architectural design coordination, from concept development to detailed design and construction documentation.
• Work closely with internal design teams, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, design specifications, quality standards, and applicable building regulations.
• Review architectural drawings, technical details, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with project management and execution teams to resolve design-related issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design professionals.
• Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and project coordination discussions.
• Ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

A reputed Architecture and Design firm, currently in an exciting phase of business expansion, is looking to onboard an experienced Senior Architect to strengthen its design and project delivery team.

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience working with large architectural firms or reputed organisations, with a strong portfolio of Group Housing, High-Rise Residential Developments, and Large-Scale Commercial Projects .

This role requires a seasoned architectural professional who can independently manage design assignments, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure seamless execution of projects while maintaining design excellence and technical standards.

• Proven experience in Group Housing, High-Rise Residential, and Large Commercial Projects.
• Ability to independently handle complex architectural assignments and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, construction detailing, and technical documentation.
• Excellent coordination, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural design and drafting software.
