Role Description

The Senior Architect will work full time on-site in Nagpur, leading architectural design from concept to completion. Responsibilities include developing design proposals, preparing drawings and presentations, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. The role involves managing project timelines, guiding junior team members, and overseeing documentation for approvals and construction. The Senior Architect will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, conduct site visits, and monitor design implementation during execution. This position requires balancing creative design thinking with practical project delivery and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and design detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as applied to architectural workflows, such as using design tools, BIM platforms, or interoperable project systems.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) is beneficial.
• Relevant professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is required; registration with appropriate professional bodies is an asset.
• Demonstrated experience leading medium to large-scale projects and mentoring junior team members is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site, multidisciplinary environment.
