• Understanding of integration of architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design requirements.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and related visualization tools.
• Excellent on-site communication and collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Role Description

The Senior Architect will work full time on-site in Mumbai, leading architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and presentations, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring designs comply with local codes and standards. The role involves managing project timelines, overseeing documentation, guiding junior team members, and participating in site visits to monitor progress and quality. The Senior Architect will also contribute to design reviews, material selection, and resolution of technical and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailed design.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills in Project Management, including coordination, scheduling, budgeting awareness, and team leadership.
• Candidates should possess understanding of Integration and related coordination skills to align architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design requirements.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Software Development principles only as they relate to design tools or digital workflows, if applicable.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and basic knowledge of visualization tools.
