Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Nagpur for an Architect – Project and Facilities. The architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and coordinating design details for building and facility projects. Day‑to‑day work includes collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, reviewing site conditions, and ensuring that designs align with functional requirements, safety standards, and regulatory norms. The role involves overseeing integration of architectural plans with structural, MEP, and other technical systems, as well as supporting project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation. The architect will participate in site visits, design reviews, and progress meetings to monitor execution quality and resolve design or coordination issues. The position requires close collaboration with project management and technical teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate functional requirements into practical, compliant building and facility solutions.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, tracking progress, and managing timelines and documentation.
• Familiarity with integration of architectural work with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Exposure to Software Development or digital tools for design and project coordination (e.g., CAD/BIM software, project management platforms) is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from a recognized institution; professional licensure or registration is preferred where applicable.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar), along with strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices in India, particularly in Maharashtra.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work on‑site and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
