Job description

We're hiring for a Senior Design Architect role based out of Chennai with one of India's leading premium real estate developers, creating thoughtfully designed residential, commercial and mixed-use destinations across Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design development and delivery of luxury residential projects.
• Ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and budget objectives from concept to handover.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Design, Construction, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Contracts, Finance, Legal, Liaison, and Operations.
• Manage and collaborate with architects, consultants, PMCs, vendors, and statutory authorities.
• Review and approve design drawings, technical documents, and construction documentation (GFCs, specifications, RFIs).
• Oversee construction activities, resolve site issues, and ensure timely availability of project information.
• Prepare concept designs, sales dockets, schematic designs, and presentation materials.
• Conduct design reviews, workshops, project presentations, and cross-functional review meetings.
• Lead feasibility studies, master planning, test fits, and design proposals for new acquisitions.
• Drive value engineering and recommend design optimization solutions.
• Monitor project progress through site visits and ensure smooth project handover after snag resolution.
• Develop and implement design standards, systems, and project protocols.
• Work closely with the Top Management on strategic and day-to-day project decisions.
