Job summary

Vertex Viva is seeking an experienced architect to lead design and oversight of commercial complexes, villas, and high‑rise buildings in Hyderabad. You will translate client requirements into architectural plans and supervise the construction lifecycle from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in commercial/residential architecture, a strong grasp of building codes, and a proven ability to manage civil projects end-to-end, delivering on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 12–24 years of experience in architecture or related field.
• Strong expertise in architectural design for commercial complexes and villas.
• Proven track record of managing civil projects from start to finish.
