Job summary

Niloufer Sulthana is seeking an experienced architect to understand client requirements and translate them into architectural concepts and detailed drawings. The role involves designing for resorts, villas, landscaping, and commercial projects, with hands-on site execution and coordination with civil/structural engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture and at least 25 years of relevant experience, with advantageous exposure to resort and landscape projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in architecture or related field.
• 25 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in resort, villa, landscaping, or commercial projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand client and project requirements.
• Prepare architectural designs and concepts.
• Create 2D drawings and detailed designs.
• Prepare drawings with proper dimensions, specifications, and material details.
• Develop designs for resorts, villas, cottages, theme parks, landscaping, and other projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings for execution at the site.
• Coordinate with the Civil/Structural Engineer and site team.
• Make design changes based on client requirements.
• Attend site visits when required.
• Ensure the final design is practical and suitable for execution.
