Responsibilities

• Architectural Design Leadership
• Independently manage large residential projects.
• Lead design development from concept to construction documentation.
• Review and approve architectural deliverables.
• Participate in project feasibility and planning discussions.

• Prepare and review master plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.

Position Purpose

The Senior Architect is responsible for independently managing large residential apartment, villa and township-scale projects from concept to completion. The role provides architectural leadership, mentors junior architects, coordinates with cross-functional teams and ensures projects meet functional, aesthetic, regulatory and commercial objectives.

Education:

• 1520 years in Architecture
• Residential Apartments, Villas and High-Rise Projects
• Experience with Real Estate Developers preferred

Technical Competencies
