Job summary

Blissladder in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to lead design efforts for residential and commercial projects. You will manage architectural design, coordinate with architects and consultants, and ensure drawings comply with regulations.

You will review plans, obtain statutory approvals, and resolve site-related design issues, while coordinating with Structural, MEP, and project teams to deliver compliant, high-quality designs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and construction drawings.
• Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
