Job summary

Qualifications

• B.Arch with valid COA registration is mandatory.
• 4–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of building bylaws, sanction procedures, and statutory approvals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit or other BIM software knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and design proposals.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
• Apply building bylaws, zoning regulations, and development control norms.
• Verify FAR/FSI, ground coverage, setbacks, building height, parking, and other planning requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate sanction drawings and statutory documentation.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and liaisoning teams for approvals, NOCs, completion certificates, and occupancy certificates.
• Review drawings for technical feasibility and regulatory compliance.
