Job summary

Shinex Mosaics (Glass Mosaic Division) is seeking an experienced Architect to contribute to design development, product application, and innovative concepts for our glass mosaic range. You will identify suitable applications in spaces, develop customized designs, and propose ideas based on market trends and client needs.

Responsibilities include design development, trend analysis, customization, and coordination with Sales, Design, Production, and Projects teams to ensure feasible manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or product design.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and interior applications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or other visualization tools is an advantage.
• Creativity with an eye for colours, patterns, textures, and materials.
• Ability to develop customized designs and present concepts effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Create design layouts, patterns, and concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Develop customized designs as per client and project requirements.
• Recommend suitable mosaic designs for swimming pools, bathrooms, spas, elevations, kitchens, and other architectural spaces.
• Prepare design layouts, presentations, and visualizations to demonstrate product applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams for design execution and implementation.
• Research latest architectural, interior, and design trends.
• Study competitor products, colors, patterns, and market demands.
• Suggest new product designs and concepts based on market research.
• Identify upcoming design trends and opportunities for product development.
• Understand customer and project-specific design requirements.
• Create customized mosaic patterns and designs accordingly.
• Suggest suitable color, texture, and pattern combinations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, and Project teams.
• Ensure designs are practical and technically feasible for manufacturing and installation.
• Support the team during design approvals and project execution.

Role & Responsibilites

Design Development

• Develop innovative and creative design concepts using glass mosaic tiles.
• Suggest how and where glass mosaics can be effectively used in different spaces.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of architectural design and interior applications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in tiles, mosaics, surface materials, or building materials will be preferred.
