Job summary

Clear Bracket in Delhi invites a senior architect to lead hospitality-focused projects with hands-on delivery from concept to site. You will inherit real complexity from day one and build trust for future growth.

You should have 6-8 years of leading architecture projects, a strong portfolio, and the maturity to give and take feedback while managing multiple projects in parallel. Delhi-based, five days in studio, with compensation from 8.40 LPA to 13.00 LPA.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years leading architecture projects, hospitality-heavy, from concept through technical delivery
• A portfolio you can speak to with real ownership - not just proximity to the work
• Comfort handling up to three complex projects in parallel, each at a different stage
• The maturity to give and take structured feedback without ego or defensiveness
• A track record of reducing senior chasing, not requiring it

Responsibilities

• Own two to three live projects end-to-end - concept through documentation, consultant coordination, and site delivery
• Structure client presentations with a visual narrative and design vocabulary that hold up in the room
• Lead mixed teams of interns, architects, and senior architects - delegate, review, and keep quality honest
• Resolve routine technical and consultant matters independently once design intent is locked, and report transparently
• Run AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5-based workflows to guide design development
• Close action loops and communication threads without repeated reminders

Youve carried multiple projects from first sketch to site handover more than once, and you didn\'t need to be chased to close the loop. You can hold three complex projects at once without losing the thread on any of them, and you\'d rather have a hard client conversation now than let a gap compound.

This is a senior seat on a hospitality-led practice - with selective residences, clubhouses, amenity blocks, and mixed-use work. You\'re stepping into live projects, inheriting real complexity from day one, and building the trust that lets a Senior Leader hand you more.
