Job summary

Starworth Global Soluitons in Chennai is seeking an experienced physician billing specialist to manage AR calls, resolve denials, and ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments. Candidates with CMS 1500 or UB04 experience are preferred.

This on-site role includes cab facility; immediate joiners are invited and relieving is not mandatory. Work locations include Chennai, Bangalore and Trichy, with on-site work only and no WFH option.

Qualifications

• Experience in physician billing CMS 1500 or hospital billing UB04 is required.
• No work-from-home; on-site only.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve outstanding balances, denials, and patient inquiries.
• Identify and address denial management issues by researching root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments from physicians and hospitals.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Relieving not mandate.
• Max 47k per month.
• Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Trichy.
