Job summary

Legacy Health in Chennai is seeking an AR & Senior AR Caller to manage denials, analyze issues, and drive timely reimbursements. The role emphasizes end-to-end denial processes and extensive follow-up with payers to resolve claims.

The candidate should have 1 year of denials experience and strong knowledge of medical billing software and revenue cycle workflows. Chennai location with travel/attendance benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Denials Management (PB & HB).
• Expertise in End-to-End Denials Management, including analysis, resolution, and follow-up activities.
• Review and process claims where Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) are unavailable.
• Perform timely follow-ups on corrected claims, reconsiderations, and appeals to ensure maximum reimbursement.
• Handle denials in accordance with payer guidelines and non-denial management protocols.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing software, insurance claim processing systems, and revenue cycle management workflows.
• Thorough understanding of insurance policies, eligibility requirements, claims adjudication, and reimbursement processes.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, coverage details, and authorization requirements.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, claim issues, and payment delays.
• Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies to obtain claim status updates and follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims.
• Review, analyze, and prioritize Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports and outstanding claims for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of claim actions, denials, appeals, and follow-up activities.

Responsibilities
