Job summary

Datwyler IT in Pune, India, seeks a ServiceNow Administrator to own core platform configuration, support, troubleshooting and ongoing improvement of incident, request, change, problem, service catalog and CMDB workflows.

You will collaborate with application managers, engineers and business users, ensure quality, security and lifecycle governance, perform testing and deployments, maintain documentation and knowledge articles, and drive performance enhancements across modules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration and application support and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, administration, testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Strong functional and technical expertise in ServiceNow and related IT service management processes.
• Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Service Catalog and CMDB.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, module dependencies and application lifecycle management.

Responsibilities
