We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced Senior Operations Executive who can take ownership of application operations, student coordination, university processing, and partner follow-ups.

What You'll Own

• Manage university & B2B applications end-to-end
• Conduct course & university searches for counsellors
• Verify academic & supporting documents
• Coordinate with students, universities & global partners
• Manage offer acceptance & application requirements
• Support IELTS/SAT bookings & initial visa forms
• Assist students with education loans & forex, coordinating with banks and students
• Coordinate visa documentation and processing
• Assist students with flight bookings & pre-departure requirements
• Handle invoices & application documentation
• Assist students with accommodation arrangements (on-campus/off-campus).
• Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth application processing

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Study Abroad / International Education Operations
• Strong understanding of the overseas education application process
• Experience coordinating with students, universities, partners and banks
• Excellent communication, follow-up & documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications
