Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Noidaoffice.

Senior Analyst Insurance Operations (Grade B2)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting a mixed portfolio of Marsh McLennan Agency clients across Business Insurance, Private Client Services, and Employee Health & Benefits, handling multiple sub-lines and work types. You are expected to meet SLAs, KPIs, and business objectives, follow company policies, maintain performance and quality standards in both training and BAU, complete all assigned work and trainings on time, and regularly update required reports. You must communicate work status or issues promptly to managers, adhere strictly to schedules with no unplanned leave, and be willing to work in shifts of either 2:30 PM-11:30 PM or 6:30 PM-3:30 AM

Process and self-Management:

• Contribute to achieve the Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives
• Adheres to Company policies and is in compliance at all times.
• Maintains performance standards.
• Updates reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry
• Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation
• Completing all training related activities when assigned
• Cognizant of completing all assigned activities within the stipulated time
• Ensuring all production targets are met in training
• Ensuring all production targets are met in BAU (Post training)
• Ensuring all Quality targets are met in training
• Ensuring all quality targets are met in BAU (Post training)
• Communicate status of work, any issues with team managers and manager on time
• Schedule adherence is a must
• No unplanned leaves
• Your hiring manager and HR will inform you the shift requirement for the team you are interviewing for.

• Ensure that all statutory regulations and company procedures are followed to protect clients, colleagues and the business interest of the company
• Appropriate usage of Marsh Speciality's systems to monitor, record and retain information
• Demonstrate clear understanding of regulatory requirements
