Gallagher in India is seeking an experienced operations professional to support scheduling and workforce deployment across a 24/7 environment. You will contribute to long-range workload forecasting, hiring plans, budgeting, and seating capacity, working under broad supervision.

The ideal candidate has a university degree with several years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to mentor junior teammates while delivering complex projects for global clients.
