Hexnode is a global leader in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chennai. You will source and hire top-tier GTM and Marketing talent for fast-growing SaaS organizations, partnering with leadership to build high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of core recruitment experience, deep knowledge of GTM structures, and hands-on experience with modern recruiting tools.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years recruitment experience focused on GTM and Marketing in SaaS/IT.
• Strong understanding of GTM structures and digital marketing basics.
• Proficient in elite passive talent sourcing using Boolean/search, social channels.
• Experience with Greenhouse, TurboHire, or Zoho Recruit.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to operate under aggressive hiring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand GTM strategies and create job descriptions.
• Identify, screen, and engage passive candidates through various channels.
• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for GTM, Marketing, and Sales roles.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sourcing and hiring top-tier GTM (Go-To-Market)and Marketing talent for fast-growing SaaS or product-led organizations. You will play a key rolein building the high-performing business teams that drive Hexnode’s market success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner directly with leadership and hiring managers to understand Go-To-Market strategies and marketing requirements to build sharp, effective job descriptions.
• Proactively identify, screen, and engage high-potential passive candidates throughvarious channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, targeted premium job boards, employee networks, and social channels.
• Seamlessly manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, focusing predominantly on high-impact GTM, Marketing, and Sales operations roles alongside other corporate functions.
• Conduct initial behavioral and role-specific core assessments, screening candidates for cultural alignment and skill proficiency before managing interview workflows with internal stakeholders.
• Cultivate and nurture an active, engaged pipeline of qualified commercial and GTM candidates for immediate openings and forecasted regional expansion.
• Track hiring velocity and optimize pipelines using analytics to ensure high-efficiency sourcing strategies.
• Act as a proud brand ambassador, ensuring a collaborative, positive, and seamless interview journey for all candidates from first contact to offer.
• Stay updated on modern marketing/GTM talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring landscape shifts.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 5–8 years of core recruitment experience, specifically focused on or heavily exposed to hiring for GTM (Sales, Account Management, Growth) and Marketing teams within a fast-moving SaaS, IT product, or internet domain ecosystem.
• A sharp, intuitive understanding of GTM structures, digital marketing functions, growth strategies, and the specific skills and terminologies that define top-tier business talent.
• Proven expertise in uncovering elite passive talent using advanced Boolean search operators, X-ray searches, and social recruiting methods.
• Hands-on experience and deep familiarity with recruitment tracking software,with specific expertise in managing platforms like Greenhouse, TurboHire, or Zoho Recruit.
• Outstanding communication skills with a natural ability to consult, influence, and manage cross-functional stakeholders and hiring managers smoothly.
• A disciplined operational cadence with the ability to thrive and keep pace with aggressive hiring deadlines in a high-velocity business environment.
