The Kraft Heinz Company in Ahmedabad, India is seeking a Senior Analyst - Supply chain Ops to drive production planning, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination. You will work with plant teams and business units to meet service and cost objectives while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates should possess strong supply chain knowledge, stakeholder management and a bias toward action, with experience in the CPG sector and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for production planning and finite scheduling with plant teams to ensure inventory, service and cost objectives.
• Manage FG inventory, highlight CFR risks, perform RCAs and ensure CFR of 98%+.
• Collaborate with BU, Plant, Demand Planning and Logistics to deliver results.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and costs.
• Manage product listing/delisting with Marketing to minimize write-offs.
• Respond swiftly to high-priority customer escalations and drive resolutions.

Senior Analyst - Supply chain Ops

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Production planning ,finite scheduling with plant team to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, service and cost objectives

• Manage FG inventory, highlight risks of CFR cuts, come up with RCAs and ensure CFR of 98%+

• Highlight key issues that affect supply. Make Strong collaboration with BU, Plant team, Demand Planning and Logistics teams to effectively deliver results

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives improve processes, cost reduction ideas, supply chain cost optimization opportunities, or business process initiatives.

• Manage product listing/delisting/withdrawal in conjunction with Marketing and co-ordinate with stakeholders to have minimal write offs

• Acting swiftly on high priority issues (escalations from high priority customers) and supporting their resolution with ownership
