Job summary

Heinz is seeking a Senior Analyst - Supply chain Ops to drive production planning and scheduling with the plant team to ensure timely delivery, service quality and cost objectives. You will manage FG inventory, assess CFR risks and conduct RCAs to maintain CFR 98%+ while coordinating with Marketing, Demand Planning and Logistics to minimize write-offs.

• Responsible for production planning and finite scheduling with plant teams to ensure efficient delivery of inventory, service and cost objectives.
• Manage FG inventory, highlight CFR cut risks, perform RCAs and ensure CFR of 98%+.
• Highlight key issues affecting supply; collaborate with BU, plant, demand planning and logistics for results.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and costs.
• Manage product listing/delisting/withdrawal with Marketing and coordinate with stakeholders to minimize write-offs.
• Act promptly on high-priority issues and support resolution with ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Responsible for Production planning ,finite scheduling with plant team to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, service and cost objectives
• - Manage FG inventory, highlight risks of CFR cuts, come up with RCAs and ensure CFR of 98%+
• - Highlight key issues that affect supply. Make Strong collaboration with BU, Plant team, Demand Planning and Logistics teams to effectively deliver results
• - Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives improve processes, cost reduction ideas, supply chain cost optimization opportunities, or business process initiatives.
• - Manage product listing/delisting/withdrawal in conjunction with Marketing and co-ordinate with stakeholders to have minimal write offs
• - Acting swiftly on high priority issues (escalations from high priority customers) and supporting their resolution with ownership
