Job summary

Masycoda Solutions in India is seeking a capable Analyst to support supply chain transformation programs through planning, execution, and fulfilment. You will assist with requirements gathering, design, testing, training, and roll-out while architecting scalable, automated solutions.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, English communication, and 1–4 years in planning or simulation, with Kinaxis RapidResponse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Computer Science / Production / Industrial / Operations.
• MBA or Masters in SCM / Operations preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning & Simulation.
• 2–4 years hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse is preferable.
• Experience in software development and database query tools is optional.
• Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication in English.

Job description

Job Responsibility

• Apply broad functional and fundamental knowledge of supply chain planning, execution, and fulfilment processes to support company-wide supply chain transformation programs.
• Assist project management with execution of all project milestones: requirements gathering (blueprint), design (functional spec and prototyping), testing (user acceptance testing), training/documentation (roll-out), and cut-over.
• Architect and analyse solution options that meet business requirements and maximize business benefit Support business units with analysing and troubleshooting complex business problems and delivering scalable and automated system/technical solutions.
• Able to put on multiple hats: Business Analyst, Data Analyst, System Analyst and communicate effectively to a diverse audience, including leadership, to articulate complex planning scenarios, trade-offs, and its impact to business minimum Qualifications.
• Proven track record of implementing and supporting custom extensions to out-of-the-box planning solutions.
• Comfortable working with large data sets, scripting language like JavaScript, Python and any data Analytical tool is a plus.
• Strong documentation skills for project deliverables, like functional specifications, solutions assessment matrix, etc.
