LANXESS is seeking a Senior Analyst to shape SAP archiving strategy, consult on archiving topics, and provide operational support for the SAP Output Management System. The role focuses on UC4 job scheduling in SAP, coordinating with international teams, and driving ITIL-aligned processes.

You will work as an individual contributor, contribute ideas, and collaborate with global teams to deliver projects while ensuring compliance and documentation meet LANXESS standards.

Job Highlights Join us as a Senior Analyst and play a key role in shaping our SAP (KGS) archiving and UC4 Job Scheduling operations while driving innovation in SAP Support. This position offers strategic impact as an individual contributor, giving you space to contribute ideas and collaborate closely with global teams. Position will focus on streamlining our SAP archiving strategy, consulting internal stakeholders on SAP archiving, and providing operational support for the SAP Output Management System (OMS), especially for complex cases. You will also help coordinate SAP support streams and establish industry-best-practices in ITIL processes. We value strong communication and coordination skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn new tools. Experience with Automic (UC4 Job Scheduling), SAP GUI, FIORI, KGS (Archiving) is required to successfully deliver , as are SAP Basis knowledge and exposure to international teams. Knowledge of SAP System Architecture or SAP ERP Cloud is a plus.

• Take ownership of shaping and implementing a future-ready SAP archiving approach that supports compliance and efficiency.
• Act as a trusted advisor for SAP archiving topics and guide internal teams with your expertise and help them make informed decisions.
• Support smooth operations for Output Management System. Solve complex challenges and contribute to system stability, while building confidence in your technical skills.
• Configure, patch, and maintain the UC4 job scheduling in SAP environment. Design, develop, and maintain complex job workflows, schedules, often involving dependencies and multi-platform integration Resolve job failures and other incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide technical support to end-users Collaborate with other IT teams (including SAP Basis, infrastructure, functional streams) to ensure job execution aligns with business needs.
• Collaborate with international teams to understand SAP architecture at LANXESS, resolve issues, support in delivering projects (need based) and suggest process improvements
• Adhere to compliance and documentation, ensuring processes meet global standards and business requirements.

Experience And Skills

• Specific Education IT graduate with foundational SAP Basis & Support experience, willingness to learn new tools, and strong communication (English) skills.
