• Daily Tracker Updates: Update and maintain a daily tracker with shipment statuses and clearance progress.
• Document Control: Upload all relevant documentation to SharePoint or similar platforms for easy accessibility.
• Portal Management: Manage custom clearance processes on portals specific to non-EU affiliate orders, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Overview: The Analyst II- Logistics is responsible for driving Operations with excellence. The candidate needs to align the priorities of Business stakeholders to Floor teams. She/ He is expected to work with a continuous improvement mindset and show exceptional customer centricity. The role is around Custom clearance filing & documentation

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Clearance Creation: Generate custom clearance documents for orders originating from the Netherlands and destined for the United Kingdom.
• Prioritization of Clearance: Assess and prioritize custom clearance based on shipment urgency (speed shipments vs. normal shipments).
• Documentation Management: Coordinate with vendors and the export team to share custom documents within defined timelines. Maintain meticulous records and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
• Daily Tracker Updates: Update and maintain a daily tracker with detailed information regarding shipment statuses and clearance progress.
• Document Control: Upload all relevant documentation to SharePoint or similar platforms to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy accessibility for stakeholders.
• Portal Management: Manage custom clearance processes on portals specific to non-EU affiliate orders, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
