Knowledge/Skills Requirements:Required Good understanding of Instructional Design principles? Ability to understand, build on and implement high-level designs? Proven experience in more than one instructional approach (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training)? Exposure to digital learning approaches (videos, micro learning, simulations, gamified learning)
