Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Instructional Design Analyst in India to develop training assets (ILT, simulations, virtual training) in line with design specifications, quality, and milestones.

What would you do?

• The Instructional Design Analyst develops training solutions using prescribed tools and according to CDC process, quality, budget, and milestone standards. The Instructional Design Analyst has the primary purpose of developing training assets (including but not limited to instructor-led training, performance simulation and virtual-web-based training) based on high-level design specifications.

• o Develop and edit content to support the overall learning goals and objectives.
• o Review deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency with the detailed design prior to sending to supervisor for review.
• o Collaborate with peers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) via professional communication channels to build relationships
• o Review and revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers or stakeholders, raise content discrepancy issues to supervisor as needed
• Support the training solutions development process
• o Use development tools according to defined standards
• o Collaborate with peers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) via professional communication channels to build relationships
• Complete project administration tasks
